By booking our services, you agree to this Refund Policy and acknowledge that dissatisfaction due to personal preference or after the service has been fully rendered is not a valid reason for a refund, unless due to proven service failure.

We aim to provide every client with professional and satisfying service. However, we understand that certain circumstances may require a refund request. Below are our terms:

  • Service Not Rendered: If a confirmed appointment was canceled by Red Lantern Massage without rescheduling.

  • Therapist No-show: If our therapist fails to arrive at your location and no prior notice was given.

  • Service Failure: If the service delivered was incomplete or significantly deviated from what was promised (subject to review and verification).

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Last-Minute Cancellations (Less than 24 hours before appointment)

  • Client No-show or refusal of service at the time of the appointment

  • Change of Mind or Personal Preference After the Service

  • Uncooperative or Unsafe Environment resulting in service cancellation
